Thanks for the nice overview of JCB Tough Phone. The best part of it is that is quite robust.

Sachin Palewar

Congratulations for LandRover S1. My blog on S1 at - http://palewar.blogspot.com/2009/07/worlds-toughest-phone-from-land-rover.html

Any suggestions/clarifications/comments are welcome.

I think that the phone is not perfected yet. It needs to be better, so more people will buy it. Maybe you could lower the price.

Noa Michael

I think the phone is ok because it should not have any bad chemicals that is able to kill fish but the rest is fine.

Ian

information is needed about what applications can be run on this phone. The most useful app for a GPS-enabled toughphone will be a navigation app with outdoor high-detail topographical mapping for hiking use etc (not a street nav).
something like Viewranger for S60 phones needs to be ported to this phone.

Chris

Mine freezes when a text comes through, that needs fixing

Cell Phones

There has to be more development towards perfection with this phone.
